Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
MPS Houston offers shipping for all Mix-Fix Products to customers in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping may not extend to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, and the US Virgin Islands. We also honor our troops by providing shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping will select the most efficient shipping method based on your address and order size. Please note, only USPS ships to PPO, APO, or DPO addresses. Our Shopping Cart will display your shipping options and any applicable fees.
Expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days after placing your order in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer. Please be aware of potential delays due to COVID-19 related disruptions.
Delivery Service Alerts
For severe weather or other uncontrollable events causing expedited shipment delays, shipping refunds are not available.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment. If you don't receive this email, please check your Spam or Junk folders. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update, but rest assured your package is on its way.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for some orders. Contact us at info@mix-fix.com with your order details and shipping address for a quote.
Heat Sensitive Products
Mix-Fix Products are not heat sensitive.
Shipping Address Errors
Additional charges may apply for incorrect delivery addresses or forwarded packages. Please provide accurate details, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers, along with a daytime telephone number. We are not responsible for issues due to inaccurate information.
Shipping to a Different Address When you enter your billing address details during the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a different delivery address in the same country. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if you give a different delivery address to the billing address.
Back Orders
If an item is out-of-stock, your order will be placed on 'temporary back-order status', and we'll notify you of the projected shipping date. For orders with multiple items, we will ship available items and consult you regarding back-ordered products. No additional shipping charges will be applied for back-ordered items.
Please note, shipping costs are not refunded for delayed orders or back-ordered items, assuming other items in your order have been shipped. Full refunds are issued for entirely cancelled orders.
