You may return unopened items for any reason for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Excluded items with final sales include: heat-sensitive/refrigerated items, special order items, clearance products, and any items where 5 or more of the same product were purchased in the same order. If there is a problem with your Mix-Fix product, we’ll replace it at no cost to you or offer a refund, though we may request the product be returned to us prior to processing the refund.
Most Mix-Fix Products are subject to a $12 restocking fee.
Step 1: Initiate your return by reaching out to our Customer Service team at info@mix-fix.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Expect a prompt response from us within 24 to 48 hours.
Step 2: Safely package and return your Mix-Fix items in sturdy packaging. Products must be unopened, in new condition, and securely packaged. Damaged items received may be subject to no refund.
Step 3: Include the RMA number in your package.
Step 4: Seal the package securely and return it to the address provided in the email by our Customer Service Team.
Step 5: Ship the package back to us via your preferred carrier.
If we mistakenly send you the wrong Mix-Fix Product, we’ll accept the item back and either process a full refund or facilitate an exchange. If the incorrect order is due to your error, our standard refund policy applies.
